ORDERING

PAYMENT

In addition to PayPal, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please supply credit card number, expiration date, name and address of cardholder and daytime telephone number. Mail orders received with a Money Order or Cashier’s Check ship immediately, however orders received with a personal check or business check will be held for 5 days before shipping. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders accepted.

PRICES

We make every effort to maintain our current prices, however prices and item availability are subject to change without notice. For orders delivered in California, sales tax will be added.

BACK ORDERS

Normally, all items are in stock. In the event a part is temporarily out of stock, we will back order the item and ship it as soon as possible. You will not be billed for the item until it is shipped.

DAMAGE

Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, notify us immediately. Keep original box and packing material until claim is settled.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for refund up to 60 days from date of invoice. Returns over 60 days will receive store credit. Copy of invoice must be enclosed with returned item(s). Phone 818-769-1515 for return authorization number. Restocking fee of 15% may apply unless item is defective or was sold or shipped in error. No returns on electrical, bearings, paint, upholstery items, printed material, collectibles and special orders.

SHIPPING

We offer same day shipping Monday – Friday if ordered by 2pm Pacific Standard Time.

When ordering online, please choose preferred shipping method.

All other orders within the 48 contiguous United States are shipped via UPS Ground. Next Day Air, 2nd Day and 3-Day Select and/or Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Whenever possible, we will ship smaller, lighter packages via USPS Priority Mail, providing faster delivery within 1-3 business days and Saturday delivery at no additional charge. Very small items may ship via USPS First Class Mail for $5.00.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, with a nominal handling fee added to the actual cost of air freight.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A nominal handling fee will be added to the actual cost of air freight. Payment must be made in U.S. funds by PayPal, credit card or Cashier’s Check. Brokerage fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Some fragile, extra heavy or oversize items require special handling and packaging. These items carry an additional charge to help cover these costs. Items that are too heavy or oversize for UPS Ground will be shipped via truck for the actual cost.
